Incorrect Values and Omission. In the Observation titled “Human Metapneumovirus in the Cerebrospinal Fluid of a Patient With Acute Encephalitis” by Sánchez Fernández et al, published online first in the Archives on January 9th (2012;69[1.2]:E1-E4), the conventional value given for glucose reported in the “Report of a Case” section was incorrect. The value should have read “glucose, 0.083 g/dL (to convert to millimoles per liter, multiply by 55.5).” The conversion value for IgG in the second cerebrospinal fluid analysis should have read “(to convert to grams per liter, multiply by 10).” In addition, in the legend of Figure 2, the beginning of the legend should have read as follows: “Magnetic resonance imaging 18 days after admission. . . .
